Arôme Cassis was created in 2020 by Marie as a celebratory outlet of sensory experiences. Initially based around the documentation of a blended universe of food and music, Arôme Cassis continues to centre itself around the honest, the exciting, and the delicious. 

Originally a pianist and subsequently a music therapist, Marie grew up in Cairo, Egypt surrounded by a mixed Egyptian-Greek family that bloomed her interests in art, food and music. Above all, Marie’s interests lie in noticing and sharing the intricacies of what is close and available to us - whether provided by nature, people or our imagination. Whether ordinary or not, big or not, traditional or not.
